Moon River
Large granite flagstone is mixed with river rock, armour stone and granite stairs to create the perfect patio oasis.
A large armour stone retaining wall was built to support the patio maximizing the use of the waterfront space.
Features
This property had a steep slope to the water that was covered in brush and weeds. An armour stone retaining wall was needed so fill could be brought in and used to level the area for the flagstone patio. Granite stairs sweep around the natural rock wall from the cottage to the bunkie and around down to the dock. River rock is used to soften the transition between flagstone and boulders and mulch is was spread in all other areas to bring a clean and polished look. The project was a huge upgrade for this cottage property and will be loved and enjoyed for decades to come.
