Oastler Lake
Mature trees on this unique property provided the perfect backdrop for a tranquil forest oasis.
Installing stairs to the dock required much experience and skill to work between the trees without causing damage.
Features
A tiered rock retaining wall was needed to support a granite flagstone patio at the entrance of the cottage. The orginial old wood decking system was replaced with the granite patio and granite steps going from the driveway to the entrance door. Steps going through the retaining wall lead around the side of the cottage to the waterfront connecting with more granite steps coming off the deck leading to another granite flagstone patio. Step stones connect with granite steps winding through the trees leading down to the dock. The entire property was cleaned up and topped with a tick layer of mulch. The family now has a forest oasis to enjoy for years to come.
